Independent Accounting Services Small Business QuickBooks Specialists Prior to that, Jack was partnered in an innovative Sports Pub located in Tigard, Oregon.

Independent Accounting Services is Jack & Gina Hannigan, a husband and wife team with over 35 years of collective experience handling the financial needs of small to medium sized businesses in the Portland metropolitan area. In addition to his ownership of IAS, Jack was most recently the Controller of 13+ years for an established commercial roofing contractor located in southwest Portland. He has

also provided financial consultation to a number of small businesses throughout Oregon over the past twenty years. Before switching to finance, Jack taught English in a respected private school in San Diego (the city where he also earned his degrees). Gina has handled the daily bookkeeping duties for a number of IAS clients since 1998. Specializing in restaurant accounts, she and IAS have performed work at several establishments for one of Portland's most recognized restaurant developers, as well as handling the accounting regimen for a landmark restaurant/brewery in Raleigh Hills since its inception in 1998. Prior to that, Gina's background was in banking and retail management.
