Sawyer’s Accounting is growing and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced accounting professional to join our team.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands accounting fundamentals and can step in with minimal training.

🔧 Primary Responsibilities
• Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online & Desktop
• Bank & credit card reconciliations
• Payroll processing and payroll reports
• Data entry and review of financials
• Assisting with tax return preparation
• Communicating with clients

✅ Required Qualifications (Read Carefully)
To be considered, applicants must meet ALL of the following:
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with payroll or tax preparation is a major plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Have no prior accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Are not comfortable working in a paperless office (must be able to scan, edit, organize, and manage PDF documents efficiently)
• Need full training on basic concepts like debits/credits
