We are willing to help with all your tax needs. Philip Lay, the founder, graudated from Christian Brother's Academy in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. In 1990, Lay Bookkeeping was given birth. It's first operations was located at his father's office in the upstairs apartment of at Dr. John D. Lay medical office. Vicki Lay, a business partner, gradu

ated from Freed-Hardeman University in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting as well. Upon graduating, she joined her husband, Philip, in the work force at Lay Bookkeeping and Income Tax Service. As Lay Bookkeeping's popularity started increasing, so did the need for office space. In 2000, Philip and one of his fellow business partners decided to purchase the shopping center on Wayne Road, across the street from Ronnie Smith Chevrolet. Lay Bookkeeping was moved into one of the offices in this building. It currently in still located in the same office and it's popularity is continuing to still increase due to our loyal clients.

This is not what I planned for this sweet man’s 60th birthday. He so deserves much more (More like pool party, cookout, & lots of friends gathered for the big 60….postponed for now) He’s here at the Kirkland Cancer Center until late this afternoon with me. We didnt plan on being stuck here in Jackson all night but he hasn’t complained at all. 🥳

It’s looking like student loan payments will be paused once again. If you ARE able to make payments, I still recommend that you do. This is a great time pay down the balance quickly while interest is paused. Get those student loans out of your life instead of kicking the can down the road.
