She has been working with Intuit (Quickbooks) products since 1998 and is certified by Intuit as a Pro Advisor, working with all versions of their products (both Online and Desktop). She will tell you from the beginning that the desktop version is superior to the online version if you are in construction. The desktop versions have many more features that the contractor benefits from, especially in relation to job costing. You can utilize the online version for job costing but it is not designed for this area of accounting.
