Josh Sarria, Sales Development Manager Sales Development Manager As the Sales Development Manager for the Utah General Office, I provide training, mentoring, coaching and skills mastery to Agents.

I am responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives. My core functions include:
1. Oversee Company specific training and development for all Agents.
