I am responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives. My core functions include:
1. Oversee Company specific training and development for all Agents.
2. Conduct sales training and licensing classes to develop new and experienced Agents.
3. Mentor Agents in Company financial solution design; sales & prospecting techniques; and sales activity tr
aining.
4. Implement and teach the New York Life Curriculum.
5.
