Let the fun begin!!!!! Tax season is officially here, already filed three 2015 returns; It feels so good to get an early start this year.

The Internal Revenue Service launched the tax-filing season Tuesday, promising better taxpayer and practitioner service, although a labor union official representing IRS employees warned there could still be problems.

A mid year update, Kasarjian and Company has donated approx $4,000 to our small Templeton community in 6 months. Thanks to the loyalty of our clients, I have been able to work hard for my family, my clients and my community and it is a pleasure to say "thank you" to our community with various cash contributions and a donation of my time as the Templeton Chamber Treasurer. Happy to say Mike and I will spend a few hours finalizing both offices tomorrow! So much change in a short period of time more space, new employee and new computer systems all in time for tax season!!! The night shift has officially begun at Kasarjian & Company, let the fun begin I'm ready!

Thank you to the clients who have referred friends and family to my office. We have received numerous new client requests this summer for next tax season! Those are my type of clients, searching for a new CPA 6 months before tax season heats up! Interestingly two new clients this week and when we ask how they found our office a general response "a friend". The best advertising is superior work product! Instead of developing an advertising budget I provide the best possible service to my clients which has resulted in my practice doubling in size in less then two years. I thank each and every one of you who have helped me grow from an office of one working at my home to two office locations, three full time employees and four part time/ seasonal staff.

Roughly 60 percent of taxpayers will use tax professionals to prepare their tax returns this year. While most return preparers provide honest service to their clients, there are some deceitful preparers out there. The IRS advises taxpayers to choose carefully when hiring an individual or a firm to prepare their return, warning taxpayers that they should only use preparers who sign the returns they prepare and enter their IRS Preparer Tax Identification Numbers.
