Today's topic : Does ROTH IRA earn more interest than a Traditional IRA?
The key difference between a Traditional and ROTH IRA is when you are taxed. With Traditional IRA, contributions are tax-deductible, you're taxed when you take withdrawals later on (tax-deferred growth). With ROTH IRA you pay taxes now, but there is the benefit of tax-free growth & withdrawals later.
A Roth IRA doesn't inherently earn more interest, it depends entirely on your investment choices, same as any other investment account. , ,
