Tax Preparers, who are not professionally licensed, may not represent you and therefore have no experience to back their tax preparation claims. Tax laws change almost daily and we keep up with these changes and regularly fight for your rights with the IRS. We are a small company with a big heart! We have offices in San Jose and Seattle. When you talk to one of us, you're talking to someone who will be involved in your case. We don't pass you off to someone across the State or Country. Our integrity is important, not only because it's the right thing, but we don't want to have to face someone who thinks we gave less than our best for them. We prepare all types of tax returns: individual, partnership, corporation, trust, fiduciary, gift, estate and tax exempt returns. We represent taxpayers with all types of issues: Audits, Payment Agreements, Offers-In-Compromise, Liens, Wage and Bank levies, asset seizures, Innocent Spouse and Taxpayer Advocate issues. Our clients stay with us for a long time: Our first two clients, who came in 1975 are still with us. Many of our clients have been with us since the 70s and 80s. In my inbox this morning were two scams that purported to  come from the IRS. Of course, they were trying to get me to open the attachment, but the paranoid me didn't do it, and I quickly deleted them.
