Today, we celebrate Michelle Barisof's 5 year anniversary with HOA Accounting Services! As an Accounts Payable Specialist, she handles board and management customer service, vendor communications, vendor payments, tax payment processing, budget assistance and more!

Michelle is a strong team member. She is always working hard to meet the needs of her clients and you rarely hear from her or her clients as she knows what she is doing and does a great job!

Tawny Bartel and Heather Moore are heading to the Diplomat in Hollywood, FL June 3–5. This is one of our favorite weeks of the year. Good people, good conversations, and a lot of catching up to do.

This week, we celebrate Angie Zimardo and her 4 years with HOA Accounting Services! Her and Angela started the same day but they definitely deserve to be recognized separately. As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, she handles homeowner billing, late notices, homeowner communications, customer service and more. She also serves as a leader within the AR Team and leads our internal event planning group.

Angie has an excellent relationship with clients, receives great feedback and has grown her knowledge within the AR department and other teams. As a result, she also has been able to offer help and jump in as other teams have needed it and that has been appreciated by all.

We are thankful to have her as part of the team and an essential part of our success! Here’s to many more years of growth and achievements together. 🥂

This week, we celebrate Angela Gagnon and her 4 years with HOA Accounting Service! As a Senior Accounts Payable & Conversion Specialist, she works with Managers, Board members and vendors to process payments, initiate transfers, tax payments and more. As she handles our conversions, she primarily focuses on new accounts and making that memorable first impression. Angela is super detail oriented, organized and responsive. She has grown continuously since she started with the company and consistently receives compliments from clients.

Another virtual event in the books and this one was a hit 🎶🔥

We took on Confetti’s Boom Box—a high-energy music game where teams go head-to-head guessing songs, artists, and iconic hits across genres and decades. It’s fast, competitive, and just chaotic enough to keep everyone on their toes.

Safe to say… it brought the energy. There’s something about a little friendly competition that gets everyone locked in, laughing, and maybe slightly too invested in proving their music knowledge. We love these moments where teamwork and a little rivalry collide—it always delivers.

Huge shoutout to Sara Biller for absolutely dominating the final round and securing the win for her team, Earth, Win and Fire (yes, the name alone deserved a trophy 🏆).

And of course, congratulations to our winning squad—Jamie Ryan, Stacey Burton, Adriana Camacho, and Sara Biller. You didn’t just play the game… you rocked it. 🎤⚡️

🎉 Happy 2-Year HOAASiversary, Tracy & Tony! 🎉

This week, we celebrate Tracy Romig and Tony Sartorelli and their incredible contributions over the past two years (started on same day)! Tracy is a Senior Staff Accountant and she works to provide our clients monthly financial statements and work with CPA's on clients annual review and taxes. She also helps support the team as a Senior employee. We are so grateful to have her! She has a great attention to detail and strives to provide clients the best experience possible. In addition, her excitement for improvement and growth is contagious!

Tony serves as our Banking Liaison and also AP Specialist. He came to us with years of industry and banking experience and has added value to the team and clients with this new position and expertise. He consistently receives positive feedback due to his friendly demeanor. He can also be quite funny and entertaining to work with!
