Institute of Internal Auditors - San Antonio Chapter Welcome to the San Antonio Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors! Our Committee Members are the volunteers who help put the Chapter’s plans into action.

The San Antonio Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (SA-IIA) began February 19, 1962. We offer opportunities for continuing professional education (CPE) credit at an affordable price to our members. Members can earn over 20 CPE credits per year by attending our monthly member meetings, annual conference and additional seminars scheduled throughout the year. The SA-IIA is an official spon

sor of CPE through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Chapter members elect new officers and board members at the annual member meeting held every year in March. Officers manage the affairs of the SA-IIA according to the Chapter by-laws and guidance from the IIA. They meet with the Board of Governors at leastquarterly to ensure the Chapter goals and objectives are attained. Our Chapter year runs from June 1st to May 31st.
