Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $12-$16/hour depending on experience.

Professional accounting firm is looking to hire a responsible and dedicated individual as our receptionist.

The candidate should possess the following attributes:
* Professional appearance
* Must be bilingual
* Professional & friendly phone etiquette
* Outgoing personality
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ability to multi-task
* General office tasks-Filing, faxing, data entry, ability to answer a
5-line telephone
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctual
* Light housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the office.

This is a PART-TIME position with a 90-day evaluation. This is a Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. position, with extended hours, including Saturdays during tax season. No benefits are offered with this position.

This summer may be a good time to teach the family some budgeting that will help them understand where money goes. Household expenses, such as utilities, groceries, supplies, payment obligations, etc., may help the younger family members learn how to save money for other needs.

In addition, family members may realize how much they can pool together in order to meet family obligations and still save some pennies for themselves.
