Have you heard of a buydown? 🤔 This is an INCREDIBLE strategy that can help lower the interest rate your mortgage payment is based on, giving you lower monthly payments. 🏠💰 But what are buydowns and how do they work?

There are 2 types of buydowns, 1️⃣ temporary buydowns and 2️⃣ permanent buydowns.
