March's dividends came in at $1,012.75, marking a 26.80% decrease compared to $1,383.43 in March 2023. While this drop might seem significant, it’s largely due to timing and selling shares to finance some exciting home purchases.

Despite the decrease, we’re confident that we’re still on a strong path forward, with future dividend increases and DRIP purchases on the horizon.
