I use several strategies to protect portfolios and minimize volatility. Strategies such as shorting against the box, shorting, buying put options, leveraged and unleveraged ETFs. I also provide expertise in maximizing portfolio income. I provide this in several ways. First, I find securities with strong dividends. In addition, I also us option strategies to add income to the portfolio. Through my experience with the firms that I have worked with, I have extensive experience in securities based lending. Whether you're a business owner, or an individual investor wanting to use leverage to acquire other investment assets, I help clients find the lowest cost of lending to accomplish this. From my real estate experience, I have very strong relationships to find the best financing for real estate assets. I also pay particular attention to my client's banking needs. Through my clearing relationships, I can help clients get at their money when they need, quickly, and efficiently. They will also be able to use ATM's without paying a fee, web bill pay with no fee. Banks are raising nuisance fee's on a daily basis. I can use the income I generate from the portfolio, and the client can withdraw from ATM, write a check, or pay their bills online right away. Bottom line, I navigate the volatile markets for my clients, and I pay close attention to their cash flow.
