Tax Season is almost here; it is time to start getting prepared.

ANOTHER E-MAIL SCAM TO WATCH OUT FOR.....

Another e-mail scam to watch out for. The latest warning from the Service involves fraudsters sending false CP2000 tax bills to people via electronic mail. The language in the fake bill references taxes owed under the Affordable Care Act. If you get one of these communications, Do Not Open the Attachment. And remember, the IRS does Not initiate contact with taxpayers through e-mail or social media.
