Attention clients who have a business with a registered LLC, corporation, partnership, etc!

Yes, you will need to file a BOI- Beneficial Ownership Information Report - This is a Federal mandated report.

You can follow the attached link to go file it - it only takes about 10 minutes.

If your business has been open since BEFORE January 1, 2024 you have until January 1, 2025 to have it filed.

If you started a new business in 2024 you have 90 days to register the business.

If you create a business in 2025 you will have 30 days to register.

No more having to text or email us information! It even has an app for on the go use!

If you need to submit any documentation to us, whether you normally come in for your appointment or you email your info to us, you can use the attached link and create a Tax Dome account that is linked to us and we will receive it!

With tax season just around the corner we will begin taking appointments January 16th and we will be able to begin filing on January 23rd!

We will not be in the office until January 16th, so if you want to get a jump on scheduling your appointment please click the LEARN MORE button to be sent to our Acuity Scheduling page.

We will also be accepting drop off and email in taxes this year and will be scheduling a designated time to call and discuss clients tax information.
