What an interesting tax season so far! The IRS shutdown definitely causing delays. If you have either the earned income credit or child tax credit they weren’t even recognizing your return until this past Friday. Yesterday was a holiday so nothing processed now they are saying at least 21 days for refunds. The delays keep piling up.
