Writing, typing journaling whatever you want to call it is a form of healing!
Getting things on paper gets it out of your mind, out of your soul, out of your body and it gets processed so you can move onward. No matter how small or big the topic.

Once the mind is clear or at least the clutter then you can truly write down or manifest (to me manifesting is writing stuff down and putting it into action) what you really want in your life now and moving forward!
