Today we're celebrating someone who does far more than keep the office running.

Rachelle is the heart of our team, the matriarch of the office, and often the person making sure all of us stay on track. Whether she's solving a problem, helping a teammate, answering a question, or stepping in wherever she's needed, she does it with grace, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

The truth is, many of the things that happen behind the scenes at Monolith simply wouldn't happen without her. She keeps us organized, keeps us moving forward, and somehow manages to make everyone's day a little easier along the way.

Rachelle, thank you for everything you do for our team and for the countless ways you support those around you. We are incredibly grateful to work alongside you.
