We’re hiring a Client Service Coordinator (administrative role, no sales responsibilities).
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in banking, financial services, and/or customer service.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with tech: Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, basic AI, and company software.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Enjoys supporting advisors and clients.
• Can work 20 hours (minimum) per week up to full-time (Primarily in office).
This role allows progression initially within the service side of our team (gain licensing & incorporate paraplanning) and long-term into an advisor role if desired.
