Bookkeeping / Accounting services for small business

Elite Ledger Solutions is joining our Let’s Grow Networks Rockwall group to help feed 250 families this Thanksgiving! 🦃❤️

Our Rockwall chapter has a pretty big goal — we’re collecting 750 boxes of mac & cheese and 500 boxes of turkey stuffing!

If you’d like to help, it’s super easy. Pick up a few extra boxes while you’re shopping and drop them off at:

📍 Belle Vie Bistro
112 E. Rusk St.
Rockwall Square

And if you’re heading to Scare on the Square this Saturday, bring a donation with you! You’ll already be right there. 🎃🙌

Donations are due Monday, November 2 at 5 PM.

I know a lot of my clients and friends are local, so I’d love to see what we can help collect! Even a couple of boxes makes a difference. ❤️

If you’ve followed Elite Ledger Solutions for a while, you probably recognize my favorite (and only) commercial spokesperson.

Apparently Lily has always belonged in the water. From swimming at 2, to starting competitive swim, to swimming for Rockwall High School now… there have been A LOT of hours spent at pools over the years. 🏊‍♀️❤️

Now she’s raising money for the Rockwall High School Swim & Dive team, so it’s her turn for a little promotion.

If you’d like to support Lily and the team, we’d really appreciate it! 💕

Thanks for supporting my favorite ELS spokesperson! ❤️

Apparently Homecoming requires a recovery period. 😂

Lily’s message this week: after a busy weekend—or a busy workweek—sometimes you just need some time to RELAX.

And if bookkeeping is taking up the little bit of downtime you have left, that’s where I come in. Let me handle the books so you can actually enjoy some time OFF. 💕

Family Friday… on Sunday. ❤️

A lot of firsts around here lately! Lily had her first JROTC uniform day this week and scored her first FIVE water polo goals last week! 🤽‍♀️

She just started water polo a few weeks ago, so it’s been so much fun watching her figure out a completely new sport.

Freshman year is keeping us BUSY, but I’m loving it. ❤️

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

We're already into September… somehow...

Quick question: are your books actually caught up through August?

Bank accounts reconciled?
Credit cards reconciled?
Transactions categorized?
Outstanding invoices reviewed?
P&L looked at recently?

If you answered "ummm…" to a few of those, you're definitely not the only one!

But now is a whole lot easier time to get caught up than December!

And if you don't want to do it yourself, that's what I'm here for. 😊

Lily is back with another commercial… and this time she brought a friend. 🐶

She was dog sitting Teddy for our friends and decided he needed to be part of this week’s message.

If bookkeeping is taking up all your extra time, let me take it off your plate so you have time for the things you’d rather be doing — even if that’s helping out a friend and hanging out with their dog. ❤️

Teddy may be my favorite guest star so far.

Have you ever thought about what your bookkeeping is costing you — besides money?

If you’re spending just 2 hours a week keeping up with your books, that’s more than 100 hours a year. 😳

And for a lot of business owners, it’s probably more than that once you count categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, tracking down receipts and trying to figure out why QuickBooks isn’t doing what you think it should be doing. 😂

Sometimes doing something yourself saves money.

And sometimes your time is worth more somewhere else — working with customers, growing your business, spending time with your family… or, according to Lily, crafting. 🎨😂

That’s worth thinking about.

Apparently bookkeeping is getting in the way of our hobbies now too. 😂🧶🎨

Whether you want to get into fashion, crafts… or just have a little more time for the things you actually enjoy, spending your free time catching up on bookkeeping probably isn’t high on the list.

That’s where Elite Ledger Solutions comes in. Let me take care of the books so you can spend your time doing something you actually WANT to do.

As Lily says… craft away! 😂

Back to school means back to routines — and it’s a great time to give your bookkeeping routine a quick check, too. 📚

Three things you can do this month:

✔️ Make sure your bank and credit card accounts are reconciled
✔️ Review outstanding invoices and follow up on anything overdue
✔️ Look at your Profit & Loss and see how your year is actually going

You don’t have to wait until year-end to find out what’s happening in your business.

A few minutes reviewing your numbers now can save a lot of scrambling later!

Back to school came FAST this year! 📚

New schedules, new routines, practices, activities… there’s a lot to keep up with.

Being prepared makes everything a little easier — and the same is true for your business. Keeping your books organized and up to date means one less thing to scramble to catch up on.

Here’s to a great school year…and maybe getting back into a routine around here! 😂
