Today’s celebration is all about recognizing the employees who make Sage Rutty such a special place to work. As part of our 10 Years of Top Workplace festivities, we’re treating the team to a Pittsford Dairy Ice Cream Bar, served by our Management Team.

Today, we’re officially kicking off our Top Workplace celebration series with a little caffeine and a lot of gratitude—Tom’s Coffee Truck joined us this morning to raise a cup to 10 incredible years of being named a Rochester Top Workplace.

This milestone means so much because it’s based on feedback from the people who know Sage Rutty best—our employees. Their voices are what earned us this recognition year after year, along with this year’s special Company Values Award, honoring organizations with deeply embedded mission and values.
