Taco 'bout a reason to celebrate! 🌮🎉

As part of our 10 Years of Top Workplace celebrations, today’s theme is Taco Twosday in honor of Sage Rutty earning 2nd Place in this year’s Rochester Top Workplaces rankings.

Today, we’re officially kicking off our Top Workplace celebration series with a little caffeine and a lot of gratitude—Tom’s Coffee Truck joined us this morning to raise a cup to 10 incredible years of being named a Rochester Top Workplace.

An Important Update from Sage Rutty & Company:

Due to the State of Emergency declared in Monroe County and the associated travel advisory, our physical office will be closed today. Our entire Sage Rutty & Company team is working remotely.

​What this means for you:
1. The Sage Rutty office at 100 Corporate Woods is closed.
2. All advisors, staff, and management are available remotely.
3. All client meetings scheduled for today will be held virtually or rescheduled.​

This holiday season, we are incredibly grateful for our team at Sage Rutty & Company. 💙

Thanks to the generosity of our employees, we were proud to adopt two local families through the The Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester, collecting gifts for both parents and children to enjoy on Christmas morning.

This organization holds special meaning for our firm. Wayne Holly previously served as Board Chairman, and the Holly family continues to support the Child Advocacy Center in every way they can. It’s a relationship rooted in shared values and a deep commitment to protecting and uplifting children and families in our community.

Supporting families right here in Rochester is a meaningful way for us to live one of our core values: Strengthen and Enrich Our Community. We’re proud of our team for stepping up, giving generously, and helping make the holidays brighter for others.

It’s that time of year when our Sage Rutty family comes together to lift up those in our community who need it most. Through the Small Business Council of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, we’re proud to announce that we assembled 30 Thanksgiving donation boxes for local families—10 more than last year!

This annual tradition reflects who we strive to be all year long: a team committed to generosity, compassion, and caring for our neighbors.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who donated, packed, carried, and to Lisa Reichart for organizing everything! Your kindness matters and it makes a difference.
