This multifaceted accounting duo has a combined 50 years of experience expanding businesses in multiple industries from both a financial and operational standpoint. They have also been friends and colleagues for 20 years proving their ability to collaborate successfully.

Starting their careers in Big 4 public accounting firms, their paths crossed while working at a Fortune 500 multin

ational business. They went on to hold leadership positions at small to medium-sized companies in both finance and operations. Julie and Jennifer have the ability to deliver results for every accounting, financial, or operational realm imaginable.

Julie Roback:

As co-founding member at Roback & Bialy CPAs, Julie Roback offers a proactive, strategic approach to maximizing operational efficiencies and improving financial performance. Known for her dependable nature and passion, Julie’s expertise lies in implementing systems, creating better optics for forecasting/budgeting, and optimizing cash flow to scale any size business from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations. Jennifer Bialy:

Bringing 25 years of financial, compliance, and operational experience to her position as co-founding member at Roback & Bialy CPAs, Jennifer Bialy has successfully led small and mid-size businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies.

With a focus on internal controls and removing barriers with data, her transparent communication and integrity are the driving forces behind her clients’ success. Rolf Kleiner:

Rolf Kleiner is an accomplished executive currently serving on multiple advisory boards. During his career he oversaw and developed the Kelly Services Outsourcing and Consulting Group, serving as its Senior Vice President and General Manager. Kleiner later became Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at Kelly Services, Inc. Rolf later went on to form his own consulting practice focused on embedding effective change in organizations. Rolf has worked with and mentored both Julie and Jennifer of Roback & Bialy and now serves as a trusted business advisor.
