Do you have an Active LLC or S-Corp (or any entity where you filed an application with your Secretary of State)? Do you have an INACTIVE LLC or S-Corp?

Did "some guy on Facebook, Tik Tok, etc." convince you that you should create an LLC or S Corp for "reasons" and you forgot about it?

Unfortunately, unless you fall into a narrow range of exceptions, you are required to file a BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) Report under the Federal Corporate Transparency Act. Any entity that is required to file a BOI Report and fails to do so by the deadline (1/1/2025 for any entity formed prior to 1/1/2024, 90 days for any entity formed on or after 1/1/2024) can face penalties of $591 per DAY (that is NOT a typo)--up to a maximum of $10,000.

If you go to the link below, you will find a quiz that lets you determine if you are required to file a BOI Report and will give you options to submit your application.

It CAN be done for Free directly with FinCEN, but you have to follow all of the directions (I did my own by myself and I walked one client through it step-by-step--it took over an hour for the latter).

Don't spend hours figuring out how to file the new BOI report. Instead, use FileForms, where you can file the report in just minutes!

Huge Announcement!

I am now open for Tax Resolution/Relief work! IRS problems are a very personal type of problem and people often do not know where to turn for help, especially during times like these. Many people just live with their back-tax problem for months and sometimes years, assuming that nothing can be done about it. It’s very easy for good, hard-working Americans to fall behind.

Providing IRS Tax help to the Philly Metro area was a natural evolution for me. I have come across many people who have tried to handle their IRS situation themselves (or with their current CPA or person who prepared their taxes) but didn’t receive the relief they were seeking. I understand the “ins and outs” of the tax system and can negotiate a personalized solution for you.

I now handle IRS representation services which include: Preparation of Unfiled Income Tax Returns, Penalty Reduction, Offers in Compromise, Payment Plans, Financial Hardship Plans, Wage Garnishment/Bank Levy Releases, Audits and IRS Appeals.

I’ll listen to your IRS difficulties via teleconference (Zoom, Skype, Teams, Facetime, etc.) in complete confidence at NO CHARGE. I’ll answer your questions, explain your options, suggest solutions, and provide you with a written estimate of my fees to permanently resolve your IRS difficulties. Send me a private message to get started!
