Yesterday, our team volunteered at Feeding America Riverside | San Bernardino’s Riverside warehouse, helping sort donations and prepare boxes that will support future food distribution efforts.

Next week, Shareholder Michael Zermeño, CPA will be attending The ESOP Association’s 2026 National Conference in Washington, D.C. from May 5-8 ✈️

On Thursday, May 7 at 4:20pm, Mike will speak on “The Fundamentals of Leveraged ESOP Accounting" and review how a leveraged ESOP impacts the company balance sheet and what journal entries are needed for proper accounting. He will also touch upon various ESOP loan structures, how to account for them, and the accounting required for ESOP dividends and S distributions.

For over 50 years, this conference has been the premier advocacy-focused event for the employee ownership community, and we’re excited to once again connect with any colleagues in attendance this year. Don't hesitate to say hello if you see Mike! 👋
