Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (noon)

Our Markesan location is open on Wednesdays 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to join our team in Ripon!!!

The ideal candidate will have a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor. You need to be well organized, a strong initiator, have strong communication skills, capable of working in a fast paced environment (especially during peak season (January - April), and also able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience preferred, including experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Some responsibilities include: organize and manage large amounts of data, perform general office tasks such as answering phones, greeting and supporting clients, billing/invoicing, maintaining office supplies and organization, data entry, assembly, and filing.

The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion is a MUST.
