Good morning! We are aware that many that have worked or volunteered at the Danville Humane Society have had to sign NDA’s. First off, is that normal for a shelter to have you sign an NDA? Anyone work at one? We want to let you know that illegal activity is not covered under a NDA and if you have seen something illegal, you can speak about it without being sued. Also, for those wanting to see the complaint with the evidence, i have put the link in the comments. It’s about 2000 pages in all and some of it is very hard to read about it. We have receipts! So for her cronies coming here to defend her, please read the whole thing and then tell me there is nothing wrong with what she is doing. Furthermore we understand sick animals needing to be put down & overcrowding so maybe, stopn taking in animals outside your district being that the City of Danville is giving you 250k a year. Furthermore, do more! Post the animals available in pet finder, and on social media, look for and accept fosters. In Northern Virginia the shelters take adoptable animals to the pet stores for adoption events on Saturdays. Their city is much larger and they have over 85% adopt rate and receive more animals. The complaint is in the comments. Paulette, were asking for your resignation, 33 years is long enough! I’m going to keep digging until we get to the bottom of this.
