Today we celebrate the dogs who make our lives better simply by being in them.
They greet us everyday, remind us to slow down, make us laugh when we need it most, and somehow have a way of making an ordinary day feel a little more special.
National Dog Day also shines a light on adoption and animal welfare โ because every dog deserves a safe, loving home. ๐ถโค๏ธ๐ถ
And as someone who helps people plan for the life they want in retirement, I know the ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ค often become the ๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ค โ more time for walks, more adventures, and more days spent with the ones who make life better.
Today, Iโm especially ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฆ๐ for the four-legged ones who do exactly that. ๐พ
