Janet brings a strong background in business and executive management to her role, with experience spanning non-profits, higher education, law, human healthcare, and veterinary services. She is passionate about improving processes, streamlining procedures, and coordinating operations to ensure both efficiency and a positive experience for clients and colleagues.

A nearly lifelong resident of the Mid-Hudson Valley, Janet is deeply committed to creating an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected. Outside the office, Janet loves spending time with her three grown children and her Chihuahua, Zoro, long walks, beach visits, gardening, paper crafting, and exploring arts and crafts festivals.

You're in great hands at our office with our Operations Associate: we're excited to welcome Madeline Russo to the Third Eye team!

Madeline brings a decade of experience in systems, human resources, and organizational management to her role at Third Eye Associates. Before joining the firm, she supported boutique architecture and design-build companies in the Hudson Valley and Catskills, helping small teams grow efficiently and intentionally, keeping sustainability and people at the center of their processes.

Her background also includes roles in nonprofit advocacy and small business administration. Madeline previously served as Chair of the Town of Rochester’s Environmental Conservation Commission, where she launched monthly educational programming, and secured a Local Champions grant that led to the adoption of the Town’s Climate Smart Communities plan.

As a mother of two young girls, Madeline has also acted as the construction manager for dozens of fairy houses across the parks and backyards of the Hudson Valley.
