The tax season is upon us, and your taxes aren’t done. Owning a small business can make things even more overwhelming, and that stress is something I completely understand. With 16 years of experience working in a tax office helping over 900 clients, I’ve seen it all—and I’m here to help make this process smooth and stress-free.
For Your Personal Return
1. Gather all your tax documents.
2. Send me an email to arrange how we’ll get your documents securely.
3. I’ll guide you through opening a Turbo Tax account and will prepare your tax return with your input as needed.
For Your Business Return
1. Collect your bank statements and copies of your checks.
2. I’ll create a complete financial package, including Schedule C and Schedule E as necessary, which your tax accountant will appreciate. Alternatively, I can input all the information into Turbo Tax for you.
Billing Information
My fees are based on the complexity of your return. Once I have all the information, I’ll provide a detailed estimate for your approval before proceeding. My goal is to be transparent and reasonable with my charges.

OH NO – IT HAPPENED!
Tax season is upon us, and you do not have your taxes done. You own a small business and have no idea what to report. That causes stress beyond belief for most folks. I know it does as I worked in a tax office for 16 years with over 900 clients. So hard on our stress control.
Worry not. I can help and would love to do so.
For your personal return
Gather up all your tax documents and send me an email. We will decide where to meet so I can obtain your documents. I will work with you to determine how you want to open your Turbo Tax account, produce a tax return, ask for any input needed and all will be great.
For your business return
Gather up all your bank statements and copies of your checks from which I will make a financial package complete with Schedule C and Schedule E as necessary. (Your tax accountant will appreciate this.) Or I can also enter this information into Turbo Tax for you.
Based on your information, I will develop a bill for my services. I will, of course, be reasonable in the amount. We will discuss the bill before I put your account into the system.
Pretty simple way for me to help you stay calm and enjoy the Spring. Give it some thought and reach out.

My Story
Accurate Balance Solutions was founded in May 2024, born out of a passion for precision and for supporting small businesses. I had the pleasure of working for an amazing CPA, who I met when he was an internal auditor for Symphony Federal Credit Union from 2002 to 2007. Our professional relationship grew, and I joined his 900+ client tax business, diving deep into tax prep, accounting, and office management. I crafted custom Excel spreadsheets for 65 small business clients, allowing for efficient financial package generation, including Profit and Loss Statements for Schedule C and Schedule E for tax purposes.
How I Can Help
At Accurate Balance Solutions, I am dedicated to delivering comprehensive financial packages for small businesses, ensuring they have all the info they need for Schedule C and Schedule E at year-end. All I need are the bank statements for all accounts – no matter the number of years. Clean-up is also available for those in need.
I’m also enrolled in Intuit’s QuickBooks Certification program and will soon complete the Tax Exam Level 2, which means even more expertise at your disposal!

I want to share how Absolute Business Solutions came to be. After 16 years working with a CPA in Newton, specializing in tax preparation and accounting for small businesses, he decided to downsize his client base and work remotely. I decided to follow suit.

Part of my job was to service 65 small businesses. I knew small business owners needed a financial report to process their tax returns. However, many of them only had bank statements to show their expenses. I created a customized Excel workbook for each of them. This allowed their monthly activity to be recorded, and at the end of the year, their reports were balanced and ready for their Schedule C. With just a push of a button to produce their profit and loss statement for their tax return, in the order required.

Absolute Balance Solutions is my way of finding a new job where I can do what I love and am really good at while helping small business owners achieve a better work-life balance.
