The End of Paper Checks
On 3/25/25 Trump signed an executive order for the Federal Government to phase out the use of paper checks & switch to electronic payments by September 30,2025 🛑
💰 Your Tax disbursements will have to be Direct Deposit, prepaid cards or other form of digital payment option
There are many people still receiving Social security paper checks. They also must transition to electronic payment methods as well💳 🏦
This could pose challenges for:
⚠️ Older adults who are less familiar with digital banking systems
⚠️ Those without reliable internet access & difficulty adapting to new systems
