I'm not a big poster online, and I'm mostly private about my life. But I want to take this time to personally thank everyone for all the happy birthday wishes, phone calls and things you gave or sent. i appreciate it all and I thank you so very much. the last three years have been a testament of will and faith for me. But God has carried me through things that might break someone else. Three years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, and for those who don't know what that is, it's a form of cancer that attacks the blood and bones. It has been a challenge mentally, but overall, God has kept me strong, sane and full of life and energy, so I am eternally grateful to him for every day that I get on this earth. My health is great, I am in complete remission, and I have claimed my completed healing in Jesus' mighty and majestic name.
I asked God to not let me look like what I was going through, and just like the amazing God that he is, not only did I not look like it, but I didn't even feel like it. That’s just how amazing he is!! I have gained a great amount of perspective and appreciation for life and people during all this. We go through life looking at what we don't have or complaining about stuff that is so insignificant in the grand scheme of things. We treat people like they will last forever and that's just not true. We get today, that's it, because tomorrow will be today when it finally rolls in. So, love the people in your life, the ones you like and the ones you can't really stand. Be kind to each other and show grace, the way we plead with God to show it to us. Let your folks know how much you mean to them and they to you. Respect people, even the ones that you feel like you're better than. Remember, you’re one day away from your situation being flipped if not for the grace of God.
Honor God with your life, not your bag and not just with your mouth. Forgive and when you do, really forgive and keep it moving. Don't let your pride keep you from the greatest gift on earth, which is the real love and real relationship that comes for knowing God like he desires you to. He has so much more for you than a house, a car or a bag to brag about. He has a life, a calling, a purpose and a joy you have never know, but you can today if you want it, and if you're willing to just let go of the wheel, forgive and just let him drive. It's working for me, my life is still happening , full of challenges, but MY God is able to do exceeding, abundantly all I or you can asked or think. It won't always be pretty, or fun, or what you want, but it will always be worth it. I'm healthy, happy, whole and strong because of who God is and what Jesus did on the cross for me. Let him do it for you too. I love you all family. be blessed.
