After 50 years as a practicing CPA, I will be retiring as of MAY 1st, 2024.

I WILL CONTINUE TO PREPARE AND FILE YOUR 2023 TAX RETURNS UNTIL THE APRIL 15TH DEADLINE!! IT WILL BE BUSINESS AS USUAL UNTIL MAY 1ST! On May 1st I will be closing my offices in Providence and Marion. I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU UNTIL MY RETIREMENT.

I want to thank all of my clients for putting their trust in me over these many years. My plan for the future is to relax and enjoy my grandchildren. It has been my pleasure to serve each of you.

Beginning Friday, June 25th the office of Michael L Overby CPA PLLC (Providence and Marion) will be returning to summer hours. We will be open MONDAY through THURSDAY 8am-5pm and closed on FRIDAYS. While 2020 has been a very difficult year for so many, we are hoping and praying that 2021 will bring our lives back to more normal. We miss getting to see all of our clients and friends.

The offices (Providence and Marion) of MICHAEL L OVERBY, CPA, PLLC will begin closing on each Friday beginning August 7, 2020 until January 2021. We will be OPEN MONDAY-THURSDAY 8am to 5pm. Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in Kentucky we are simply taking extra precautions to keep our clients and employees safe. For questions, please feel free to phone us. The Friday closure is only temporary. Everyone please stay safe.

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak, our office will be open with modifications. No one is allowed to be inside of the actual office except employees. We have a desk set up beside our door for drop off/pick up of documents. We will be happy to speak with you via phone or through the glass inside door. Call 667-2251 or simply knock on the door for service. Safety of our employees and clients is our utmost priority. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
