I missed my run last Friday and this Monday while battling a cold but I'm back at it. I spent a good amount of the run at 7.5 mph and mixed in one lap at 9 mph. Now time for an ice bath.

When we met back in 2010 who knew where our lives would take us. Now we have three amazing kids and continue to learn and grow together.

Goals have always been a big part of our growth. Sometimes we have to adjust those goals as we learn more about ourselves and what our priorities are. I could never have hoped for a better companion I this life than Madison and I can't wait to see where we are in a few more years.

I hope you all have already found someone that helps you be better. Grow relationships with those people in your life that make you better and enjoy the ride.
