Yesterday, as I was on-boarding a new client, I asked her some questions that made her stop and think. She then articulated some things about her business and life she hadn’t thought about. Then she thanked me for also being her therapist in that moment.
My heart filled with joy … as this is exactly my vision for the Lackey Group. It’s not a typical “accounting firm”. Lackey Group is a firm that cares about people and their goals, and wants to help them achieve success – however they define it. Outsourced accounting & tax are two of the many services that we provide to help them get there.
Being a CPA, former auditor and accountant is one part of me. Being an HR professional is another, working in tech, finance and operations is another …. and being a counselor / coach is another part (with credentials!).
We all have many parts of us and many talents. One motive for building the Lackey Group is to be able to utilize all of my parts and talents … because I didn’t fit into one box in the corporate world. Another motive to help people in all the ways I can, in the way I want.
At the Lackey Group, clients are able to work with a business coach, a financial partner and a true trusted advisor who cares. Here, it’s about building relationships, providing value and serving clients.
