📢‼️Attention business owners: The federal government now requires businesses formed before Jan. 1, 2024 to file their initial Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report with the U.S. Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) no later than Jan. 1, 2025. Businesses formed in 2024 and 2025 are required to file as well, with different deadlines (contact us for information). This rule was promulgated by the federal government. For more information, please visit www.fincen.gov/boi.

🛑If this report is filed late, FinCEN will charge a significant daily non-compliance penalty, criminal penalty of up to $10,000 and up to two years imprisonment for willful violation of the filing requirement.
