It’s been great getting to know Chelsea over the past year, sharing plenty of laughs, and watching her become such an important part of the Clove Hitch crew. What makes this team so special is that the friendships go far beyond the workplace, and we’re so happy to have Chelsea be a part of that.

We spent some time on the water enjoying sunshine, coastal views, and great company, then wrapped up with lunch at Frisbee's Wharf.

We're thankful for the work we get to do and the clients who make it meaningful. Days like this remind us how lucky we are.

Concentration can create wealth. It can also erase it.

Many fortunes are built through concentrated ownership - a business, company stock, or a handful of high-conviction investments. But concentration cuts both ways.

As this chart shows, several well-known companies experienced drawdowns of 30%–60% over a period when the S&P 500 declined just 1.6%.

The goal of diversification is not to eliminate risk or maximize every upside. It is to reduce the likelihood that one investment, one company, or one decision can permanently derail a financial plan.

A concentration may build wealth. Thoughtful diversification can help preserve it.

Google searches for "vinyl," "1990s," and "disposable camera" are all near record highs.

The common thread? They're all slower. Records take a side to finish. Film has 27 shots, not 27,000. You can't scroll a disposable camera.

Maybe the nostalgia isn't for the objects. Maybe it's for the pace.

A good reminder heading into summer: some of the best things aren't optimized for speed.
