Your kids aren’t learning about money from the talk you gave them. They’re learning from the conversations you and your spouse have around them 😬.

When we ask clients what money was like growing up, they almost always talk about how their parents handled finances together, not what they were personally taught.

The arguments. The stress. The openness. The teamwork. Kids absorb all of it, and they remember it long after you’ve forgotten it happened.

So yes, teach your kids about money. But also ask yourself: what are they witnessing?
