Aloha!! I was reminded by one of my amazing clients that I am way overdue with sharing pictures from my Egypt pilgrimage earlier this year (🙃, sorry!) and that is mainly because I have a hard time sharing with words what this time was about for me. It was definitely not a vacation, but a spiritual journey through Egypt to temples and places that were full of potent and powerful energy with so much history and stories.

I joined 19 other women and one man to learn, to remember, to connect, and so much more. The woman leading this adventure shared before we began that there is a before Egypt you and an after Egypt you and I feel that deeply in my soul. So much is shaking up and stirring from this journey and I am looking forward to seeing how life unfolds for the rest of the year and more✨💫.

I hope you enjoy these pictures as a view into a powerful land and that you also make the trek if it calls to you like it did to me😊. Incredibly grateful for the two weeks I had to explore, learn, be pushed to edges, connect, and so much more. Apologies for not being as eloquent as I would like, but hopefully the images make up for it.

Yay!!! I am not sure if you heard, but there was a data breach earlier this month that compromised a majority of our social security numbers 🙃🏳️. This is nothing all that new as there have been many ways over the years that our social security numbers have found their way to the deep dark web.

If we work together, you know during our first meeting one of your tasks is to freeze your credit so hopefully you can just skip over this post. If we don’t work together (or you haven’t done your homework yet), here is what you need to know and do and should take you no more than 15 minutes.

There are three main credit bureaus that you need to freeze your credit at. What a freeze does is locks down your social security number so you or anyone else can’t establish new lines of credit. If you want to establish a new line of credit in the future, just ask what bureau the creditor runs your credit through (they will tell you one of these three) and unfreeze it for 24 hours so your credit can be run. I recommend keeping your credit frozen at all times as having to deal with credit fraud is a hot nightmare (it can take many months and even years and suck your time, energy, and money)!

🪄Make sure everyone you know does this asap! You can even do this for your minor children (and I recommend doing so) if you have them, but there are a few more steps to follow✨.

Aloha! It has been a minute since I popped on here, so if you’re new here, welcome, and if you have been around for a while, mahalo!!

I promised many of you pics of my Bali adventure and I apologize for how long it has taken me to post these, but hopefully they bring you some joy 💫!

For those that are new here, when I’m not helping badass humans create the magical life of their dreams and get empowered with their finances, I love exploring this amazing world and found myself returning to Bali a few months ago. I went to the Bali Spirit Festival (an almost week long yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, & so much more festival) in 2018 and fell in love with the people, culture, learning, and so much more and knew I would have to return again✨. This time around I of course attended the kickass festival and both returned to places I fell in love with before and journeyed to new places.

Highlights: reuniting with friends I made at the first festival in 2018 and making new ones, learning new yoga and meditation techniques, practicing yoga at the most beautiful studio I have ever been to in Ubud, scuba diving with sharks (!), soaring high above rice paddies in a swing with a fancy dress on, chasing fireflies through rice paddies at night, the sunsets, and staying in the Eat, Pray, Love villa (that the movie was shot in) which made such a big impact in my life💗.

Lowlights: one of the worst bouts of food poisoning of my life, two earthquakes, being kept up all night by two giant tokays above my head, and my Eat, Pray, Love villa being broken into the last night I was there 🙃🏳️.
