Chicago gains cannabis-experienced law group Greenspoon Marder, with the announcement of their new firm with 5 cannabis-oriented partners. Clients range from large, multi-state operators to start-ups that are still waiting to be licensed by Illinois regulators.

Greenspoon Marder on Tuesday announced it was making its debut in Chicago with a team of cannabis-oriented partners from Locke Lord, as well as a corporate attorney from Taylor English Duma.

A cannabis ancillary business pops up with a new start-up app that offers a LinkedIn or Indeed reminiscent experience for both hiring employers & potential employees. The app, called Phynally, aims to connect cannabis using professionals with transparent employers about not screening for cannabis during their hiring process.
