🚨 OWNER OF PALM BEACH COUNTY BBQ SPOT ACCUSED OF KEEPING $130,000 IN SALES TAXES

State investigators say Derrick McCray, the longtime owner of McCray's Backyard BBQ & Seafood, collected more than $150,000 in sales taxes from customers but failed to turn over nearly $130,000 to the state.

According to investigators, McCray acknowledged owning and operating the business and understood the taxes were required to be paid to Florida. He now faces a first-degree felony charge.
