Well, we survived that deadline..... barely! But, don't worry, we have ALL the same deadlines coming up again next year!!! Here are just a few to keep you on your toes! Mark them on your calendars and Don't Worry - these dates will be here before you know it.

January 15, 2026:
Fourth and final estimated tax payment for individuals for the 2025 tax year. Did you have to make estimated tax payments for the upcoming year...... don't forget to make those!!

January 31, 2026:
Businesses must furnish employees with Form W-2 and independent contractors with Form 1099-NEC.

March 16, 2026:
Tax deadline for calendar-year partnerships (Form 1065) and S corporations (Form 1120-S).

April 15, 2026:
* Tax Day for individuals and sole proprietors (Form 1040).
* First quarterly estimated tax payment for individuals for the 2026 tax year.
* Tax deadline for C corporations (Form 1120).
