About the Blue Scarf Movement
The Blue Scarf represents the expansive blue sky we all share and has become a global symbol for togetherness. It was set in motion by a very brave group of women in Afghanistan and is now being worn around the world as a way for people to express their solidarity as global citizens for a better world.
The Blue Scarf helps remind us and others that we are all in this together and that our only sensible choice in life is to care for one another and to protect and share our world and her resources. As a universal symbol, the Blue Scarf transcends any particular group or interpretation.

In 2011, the Afghan Peace Volunteers walked alongside the Afghan women, turning the Blue Scarf events into a collective movement.
When folks from The Simple Way in the USA started passing out blue scarves at their events, a global movement was born.

The current occupant of the White House is campaigning to destroy the USPS. Since Trump's new Postmaster General Louis DeJoy instituted new cuts designed to slow the mail, deliveries are languishing at postal hubs.
More than 330,000 veterans are waiting weeks for prescriptions. Paychecks and bill payments are missing deadlines.
This year, with so many people choosing the safety of
mail-in ballots due to the pandemic, a delay in mail delivery could
deny voters’ constitutional rights.
Meet on the sidewalk in front of the Post Office.
Parking in Chase Bank shopping center on Rt. 25A just east of the post office.
