We are hiring! Professional, friendly, non-smoking office. Job duties: Process monthly financial data and payroll, reconcile accounts, make journal entries, and prepare monthly financial statements and monthly and quarterly payroll and sales taxes for multiple clients using QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. Will also assist clients with their bookkeeping and tax questions and prepare business and personal income tax returns. Part-Time and Full-time positions. Hours are Monday - Friday Between 9am and 5pm (this is flexible). E-mail resume to [email protected].
