DANIELE R. DIPARDO, CPA

Daniele R. DiPardo, CPA has been in public practice for approximately 40 years since his graduation from Duquesne University in 1967, and he obtained his Certified Public Accounting license in 1970. DiPardo holds Certified Public Accounting licenses in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida. Ten of his 40 years have been spent with two major international public accounting firms. For the past 30 years, he has been principal and a shareholder in DiPardo Baldacci & Co, P.C., Certified Public Accountants. During his initial years with larger CPA firms, Mr. DiPardo devoted his time to auditing their clients. These clients included but were not limited to those in the industrial, banking, and service industries. His specialties involved the audits of construction companies, banking institutions, and country clubs. During these years he was exposed to numerous client accounting and management information systems as well as management styles and techniques. He has concentrated his efforts for DiPardo Baldacci & Co. in the accounting and auditing segment. In addition he has aided in the expansion of our practice in the areas of taxation, management consultation and advisory services. With his vast experience he has been able to provide our clients with a full range of coordinated services. As the practice's client base has aged and with the need arising for succession planning, he also spearheaded the practice's estate and gift tax planning and reporting services. DiPardo, in addition to his duties and responsibilities with the firm, in the past has served as an instructor for continuing education courses of the American, Pennsylvania, and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, organizations in which he holds memberships. Keith R. Eremic, CPA has been with the firm since 1997. On July 1, 2006, Mr. Eremic became a Partner in the firm. After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in May 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management, he worked as a Management Assistant at J.C. Penney for 5 years. During this time he returned to IUP to earn his second degree, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, in May 1996, when he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Upon graduating, he passed the CPA Examination on his first attempt. He then worked for Mellon Bank in the Trust Fund Department for six months before beginning his career at DiPardo Baldacci & Co. in January 1997. Eremic is taking on more management responsibilities and is now overseeing our continuing education program. In his years with the firm, he has prepared compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements, federal, state, local, nonprofit, fiduciary, and estate tax returns, as well as numerous other projects that are requested of regional accounting firms. Eremic supervises and prepares federal, state, and local income tax returns. This includes tax returns for Pennsylvania and many other states. He prepares and reviews financial statements on both a quarterly and yearly basis. He is also in charge of new hire development. Eremic is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce.
