How are those New Year's resolutions going, huh?? ๐ตโ๐ซ
I personally didn't set resolutions, but since the start of this year, I've intentionally focusing on not avoiding the things I KNOW are good for me.
One of the rituals that I have reinstituted in my daily life is my nightly wind-down routine. It isn't super fancy, but I've been doing it consistently and feel great about it.
๐๐ป๐๐ป Here's what I've learned after doing this consistently for about 2 months:
๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ my evenings feel more calm and peaceful
๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ I feel more supported
๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ I don't feel like I "have to" do it but rather I "want to"
and finally
๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ I'm falling in love with the ritual and am actually looking forward to it
So what's the point in me sharing all this?
๐I believe that consistency in your routines can lead to you feeling more supported in your daily life and that you can actually fall in love with the consistency, AND THAT INCLUDES YOUR BOOKKEEPING TOO! ๐
Starting out with a new routine, like weekly biz bookkeeping, can feel a little overwhelming to start, but I promise you that the more you do it, the more confident you'll feel and you may actually begin to look forward to your weekly bookkeeping ritual. ๐ค๐ธ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ
