The funding offer looks good. Now put the repayment in your actual business budget.
Here’s a hypothetical example:
Your business collects $5,000 in a month.
Operating costs take $3,800.
You have $1,200 left before owner pay, taxes, and other commitments.
Add a $600 monthly loan payment, and that leaves $600 for everything still uncovered.
Could the business manage that during a slower month?
Review the total repayment amount, interest and fees, payment frequency, and any personal guarantee or collateral requirements. Daily or weekly payments need a different cash plan than monthly payments.
Map the payment dates against when customers pay you.
