🚨Beginning January 1, 2024, the CTA requires domestic and foreign reporting companies (that do not meet the 23 exemption list) to file a BOI report with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

🚨A partir del 1ro de Enero, 2024. La CTA (The Corporate Transparency Act, por sus siglas en Inglés ) requiere a empresas Extrangeras y Nacionales conduciendo negocio en los Estados Unidos , presentar la declaración del reporte BOI ante la Oficina de Delitos Financieros (FinCEN). Empresas listadas como exentas no requieren presentar este reporte .
