In fact, some estimates suggest 92% of businesses end up shutting their doors because they did not have a succession plan in place.

Without a clear continuity plan, uncertainty spreads quickly. Employees feel it, clients notice it, and the value of the business becomes much harder to protect.

Succession planning helps create a business that can keep moving with direction and stability beyond the owner. That is a big part of what makes a company more durable, more valuable, and far more transferable over time.
