This bureau is used by lenders to pre-screen consumers credit to offer preapproved credit cards and loans.

So if you have negative information on your Innovis report, you will not receive any offers.

However, you can dispute any inaccuracies on this report the same way you dispute inaccuracies on your Transunion, Experian and Equifax report.

When monitoring your credit profile, you may notice your TransUnion, Equifax and Experian credit scores are different and this due to the fact that each bureau obtains and scores data differently.

Here are a few reason for conflicting credit scores ...

A lot of people think if you just wait your credit will repair itself overtime, unfortunately that is partially true ...

The longer you pay your bills on time after being late, and build positive credit, the more your FICO score should increase.

However the following negative information stays on your credit report for several years ....

▶️ Late Payment -7 years
▶️ Chapter 13 Bankruptcy- 7 years
▶️ Chapter 7 Bankruptcy- 10 years
▶️ Foreclosure- 7 years
▶️ Lawsuits and judgments- 7 years or longer

In general, recent negative information has more of an effect on your credit score than older information.
